2. Definitions
The platform: the Stock Mall website or application.
Seller: Anyone who displays their products for sale through the platform.
Buyer: Anyone who purchases products through the platform.
User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.
3. Nature of the Platform
The Platform operates solely as an electronic intermediary connecting Sellers and Buyers. The Platform is not a party to any transaction between Sellers and Buyers and shall not be held liable for any product quality, conformity, legality, or performance.
The Platform does not hold, manage, or process any user funds, digital wallets, or escrow accounts under any circumstances. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the Seller and the Buyer.
4. Seller Registration Requirements
The Seller agrees to
Commercial Register (for Saudi residents) or equivalent legal
documentation (for international Sellers).
Ensure full accuracy and completeness of all
provided information.
• Refrain from listing:
• Counterfeit or forged products.
Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
• Products prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Comply with all applicable regulations, including those issued by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), where applicable.
The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any non-compliant account without prior notice.
5. Seller Obligations

6. Subscriptions
Commissions, and Auctions
6.1 Subscriptions and Commissions
• Sellers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee for using the Platform

• Commissions shall be recorded as outstanding financial obligations and must be settled within the specified timeframe.
• The Platform does not perform automatic deductions from any User.
If the monthly subscription is not paid within a maximum period of (7) days from the due date, the seller’s account will be temporarily suspended until payment is made.
• Unpaid may result in account suspension or restricted access.
Auction Fees
• Auction listing fees are determined based on product type, value, and quantity.

6.3 Auction Regulations
• Any manipulation of auctions, including shill bidding, is strictly prohibited.
• Suspected violations may result in cancellation and account action.

• Financial obligations between Sellers and Buyers.
• Any losses, damages, or business interruptions.
• Actions or decisions taken by governmental authorities.
14. Force Majeure
The Platform shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.
