Usage Policy \u2013 Stock Mall Platform<\/p>\n

Introduction<\/p>\n

Welcome to Stock Mall Platform (\u201cPlatform\u201d). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (\u201cTerms\u201d), which govern the relationship between the Platform and its Users. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform<\/p>\n

2. Definitions<\/p>\n

The platform: the Stock Mall website or application.<\/p>\n

Seller: Anyone who displays their products for sale through the platform.<\/p>\n

Buyer: Anyone who purchases products through the platform.<\/p>\n

User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform in any capacity.<\/p>\n

3. Nature of the Platform<\/p>\n

The Platform operates solely as an electronic intermediary connecting Sellers and Buyers. The Platform is not a party to any transaction between Sellers and Buyers and shall not be held liable for any product quality, conformity, legality, or performance.\n\nThe Platform does not hold, manage, or process any user funds, digital wallets, or escrow accounts under any circumstances. All financial transactions are conducted directly between the Seller and the Buyer.<\/p>\n

4. Seller Registration Requirements<\/p>\n

The Seller agrees to<\/p>\n

Commercial Register (for Saudi residents) or equivalent legal<\/p>\n

documentation (for international Sellers).<\/p>\n

Ensure full accuracy and completeness of all<\/p>\n

provided information.\n\t\u2022\tRefrain from listing:<\/p>\n

\u2022\tCounterfeit or forged products.<\/p>\n

Products that infringe intellectual property rights.\n\t\u2022\tProducts prohibited under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

Comply with all applicable regulations, including those issued by the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority (ZATCA), where applicable.<\/p>\n

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate any non-compliant account without prior notice.<\/p>\n

5. Seller Obligations<\/p>\n

The Seller agrees to<\/p>\n

The Seller shall:\n\t\u2022\tEnsure accuracy and completeness of product descriptions.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tEnsure product images accurately reflect the actual items.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tGuarantee product quality, safety, and freedom from defects<\/p>\n

\u2022\tComply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tFulfill orders within the specified timeframe and notify Buyers of any delays.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tBear all costs associated<\/p>\n

with returns or exchanges resulting from defects or errors.<\/p>\n

6. Subscriptions \nCommissions, and Auctions<\/p>\n

6.1 Subscriptions and Commissions<\/p>\n

\u2022\tSellers agree to pay a monthly subscription fee for using the Platform<\/p>\n

A commission applies to each completed sale.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tCommissions shall be recorded as outstanding financial obligations and must be settled within the specified timeframe.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tThe Platform does not perform automatic deductions from any User.<\/p>\n

If the monthly subscription is not paid within a maximum period of (7) days from the due date, the seller\u2019s account will be temporarily suspended until payment is made.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tUnpaid may result in account suspension or restricted access.<\/p>\n

Auction Fees<\/p>\n

\u2022\tAuction listing fees are determined based on product type, value, and quantity.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tAll fees are disclosed<\/p>\n

prior to listing and are<\/p>\n

payable upon publication,<\/p>\n

regardless of sale<\/p>\n

outcome<\/p>\n

6.3 Auction Regulations<\/p>\n

\u2022\tAny manipulation of auctions, including shill bidding, is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tSuspected violations may result in cancellation and account action.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tWithdrawal from auctions without valid justification is prohibited<\/p>\n

7. Buyer Obligations<\/p>\n

The Buyer shall<\/p>\n

\u2022\tProvide accurate and complete information.<\/p>\n

The Platform does not manage or process funds and bears no<\/p>\n

responsibility for any financial transactions.<\/p>\n

10. Disputes<\/p>\n

Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of receipt.<\/p>\n

The Platform\u2019s role is limited to non-binding<\/p>\n

The Platform bears no legal or financial<\/p>\n

responsibility for dispute outcomes.<\/p>\n

11. Anti-Fraud Measures<\/p>\n

Any suspected fraud or<\/p>\n

may result in suspension, restriction,<\/p>\n

\u2022\tImmediate account suspension<\/p>\n

permanent termination of the account<\/p>\n

12. Intellectual Property<\/p>\n

All content on the Platform is the property of Stock Mall.<\/p>\n

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.<\/p>\n

Sellers are solely responsible for any intellectual property violations.<\/p>\n

13. Disclaimer<\/p>\n

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform shall not be held liable for:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Product quality, safety,<\/p>\n

or conformity.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tFinancial obligations between Sellers and Buyers.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tAny losses, damages, or business interruptions.<\/p>\n

\u2022\tActions or decisions taken by governmental authorities.<\/p>\n

14. Force Majeure<\/p>\n

The Platform shall not be liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond its reasonable control.\n\n\u2e3b<\/p>\n

15. Termination of Use<\/p>\n

Violation of these Terms<\/p>\n

may result in suspension, restriction,<\/p>\n

Continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.<\/p>\n
